[Kenwood] TS-120

Hello Guys.
     I have a TS-120 that works flawlessly on 80, 40, and 20 but when =
switched
to 15 or 10 meters there is a full carrier in the output. Anyone have =
any ideas ?
Voltages seem to be correct. I am just looking in the wrong place I =
guess.
