[Kenwood] No TX on TS-440S-Solved

Hi all,

I was able to fix my original problem with "No TX on
TS-440S" with the help of Clif Holland of AVVid.

He guided me to the problem area with a pinpoint
accuracy. I only needed to replace Q28 on IF board.
