[Kenwood] No TX on TS-440S-Solved

No surprise to me.  Clif is a #1 guy!  We send all of our radios his way.  He
has helped me with part numbers and tune-up procedures that the factory simply
would not help with...  I finally met him at Dayton last year where he had a
"test bench" set up and was checking radios for free on his HP service
monitor.   AAAA++++ guy!
