[Kenwood] off topic

Hi,
I know this isn't kenwood but i use my kenwood for this topic. I have never
been a paper chaser for qsl's but now i have developed an interest. I want
to send out a self-addressed stamped envelope to ensure replies
internationaly. My local post office doesn't sell IRC's,they sent me to the
main branch. The main branch doesn't sell them either! I'm sure there are
many dx people on this list,what do you do?
