[Kenwood] TS 530S Power Out

Hi Guys,

A fellow ham here in St Helena has had a problem with his TS530S. After
having some problems with the antenna we removed and re-erected the
antenna. The nuts on the balun had come loose and were tightened. On
completion of the re-erection he fired up the 530 and noticed, whilst
tuning, a full scale deflection on the meter with the switch in the RF
position. He disconnected the antenna and connected the output to a
dummy load. He went through the tuning up procedure and again found an
fsd when adjusting the load for peak. Very little power (maybe 1 watt)
was showing on the power meter.

Has he blown the finals? If so what needs replacing?
