[Kenwood] TS-450 PLL ?

Hi Jerry,

The PLL is unlocking hence the "UL". I'll bet the display doesn't really
blank but turn's to a series of  ". . . . " (dots) if I'm correct then
for sure the PLL unit is out of wack, that's where to strart looking.
