[KCDXC] WPX Operators

There have been a few guys who said they would becoming out to the house to
help if possible.
K0VBU only Friday evening and others with similar criteria.
Please take one minute to tell me when you plan to be out so that I can make
a list of available operators at available times.
Example.. by knowing that Bill K0VBU will be available only during Friday
evening/night, One of the Band captains can utilize him during those times.
It would be unfortunate for many operators to be available all at the same
time and no operators during other times.

I am a little different than most in that I think scheduling of operators is
good. But I have removed myself from that role to ease what might have been
tension. I want the band captains to fill the seats the best way they can..
whether by recruiting or using people as they show up or whatever (their
choice). So please inform me of when you might be out and I'll make a list
of available bodies. I will also have a sign up sheet somewhere at the house
during the weekend if you make it out please sign the sign up sheet and
check whatever appropriate boxes need to be checked on the sheet.

From the meeting last night it looks like there will be a nice turn out
although I'm not sure how many will stay to operate for very long. The
contest runs from Friday evening 6:00 PM until Sunday evening 6:00 PM. I
hope to see a lot of faces.
