Everything is ready...!!!!
All Systems GO!
All Computers operational
All Radios Operational
All Antennas Operational
All Amplifiers (oops except 80M) Operational (fixed but not in place)

The Beverage switching has been resolved

A few of the guys have Good Friday off from work and will be coming out
early.
I wasn't expecting rain this morning but worked DH3JZ at 5:15 Local time
with a storm very close by on the new 20M BIG beam and 100W. Looks like
Steve (K0OU) will have a ball.
The Lift has been repaired and the 15M (Tribander) will be raised to 60ft
just before the contest.

I need the starting operators to come out at least a little early and get a
quick tutorial on how to set up the voice recording... get back on the
telnet... etc.

I will spend a few ours double checking all the verticals to see that
they're aligned OK.

Lee.. The TL922A does NOT work... and did you here from W8JI?
Bob (W0BR).. Did you want to come out tonight and set up the amp?
Marshall (AA0FO), Get some sleep you're scheduled for 80M late night
Who else do we have that are night owls?

I hope some people will NOT forget their cameras.
