Peter,
Thanks for working on the website!
As a new ham (all of 2 years) one of the most frustrating things I found
about the website was the lack of information or linkage to repeater
information, simplex frequencies used by the club, information about
nets, and linkage between the club and ARES/RACES information.
One of the major reasons I got my ticket was to be able to be of use
during an emergency. Connecting the dots to the above information was
not intuitive. Fortunately, I have been able to attend enough of the
meetings to get to know people and participate in several of the CC
Hospital Drills. So links and information in this area would be of
great service. I ran across several great articles written by club
members and it would be wonderful to have easy access to them. We have a
lot of knowledgeable hams in our area.
I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes or offending anyone. I am
excited to see the website evolve!
