[K3PZN-List] CCARC Website Work - Suggestions Requested

John,

Thanks!  You've added some good ideas and I'll add some text to the
prototype about the relationship between the CCARC and RACES.  I'll also
revisit what I've got for net information.   If you have links to the
articles, I can include them on the useful links page right away.
