[K3PZN-List] Health Department Comms Package Documentation Updates

Folks;

As a result of the last Health Department Communications Test, we have 
identified a need to update the documentation that accompanies the 
communications equipment. Pete WV3S has started the effort, working on 
initial setup and basic net protocols.

There are many other areas of procedure and instructions that need 
attention. We also need equipment diagrams and maps. It would be great 
to have these updates in place before the August drill.

If you are interested in working on a section of the documentation 
package, please let me know.
