[K3PZN-List] Health Department Comms Package Documentation Updates

Steve-
At the last meeting I spoke with Peter and Tony and volunteered to be a guinea pig to test the documentation.  Once written, I would try and follow the directions to get a station up and running.  As I am new to the club, and have not done anything with the emergency kits as of yet, I figured I would be a good test subject.  If I can follow the directions, anybody can.

That being said, I am willing to do work on the actual documentation updating instead.  Whichever you think would be a better use of my time.
