[K3PZN-List] Club Station Information

At the meeting we talked briefly about performing some repairs and upgrades to the K3PZN club station in the coming months. The first part of this project is gathering requirements and information about what we want to be able to do when we are done.  To support the county and ARES/RACES operation we will have a minimum capeability of HF operation on 80-10, 2m FM (2 rigs) ,  70cm FM. 



I'd like your feelings on the following questions: 



1. Is there a specific peice of equipment you want to see? 



2. Is there a specific band or mode that you'd like to see added (it is safe to assume that HF rigs have a sound card interface available)? 



3. Is there a limitation in the current station setup you'd like to see fixed? 





So for example my input so far is: 



     #2 - We have 6m capeable radios now, but no 6m antennas. I'd like to see a 6m antenna added to the station. 



     #3 - I'd like to replace and old uncomfortable chair or two with a more comfortable one (those chairs were not new when I joined the club 20 years ago) 



     #3 - We need to resolve the feedline issues from the station to the towers.
