Curt-

Remember the touch-paddle keyer that I brought to Field Day (that you didn't 
particularly like or couldn't adapt to)?  The side-tone output could be fed 
to a PC with MixW or GetCW or any other CW decoder program.  It operates on 
an internal 9V battery or 9V- to-14V wall wart.

There are other communication devices available for the severely 
handicapped, although very expensive, that sense eye-blinking and other 
methods for communicating using computers.

Do we know if the "young lady" has enough dexterity to operate a paddle 
keyer?
