[K3PZN-List] CW for Disabled Young Lady

Basically any of the sound card multi-mode programs support decoding CW 
over the sound card... that could be acoustically coupled to the PC 
using just the code oscillator and a PC microphone, or a simple buffer 
to connect the output of the oscillator to the audio in of the PC could 
be made - just so that the output of the keyer doesn't overload the PC 
line in.
