CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 22-October-2008

In attendance were Andy WO3L, Gene KB3JHR, Tony KF3AK, Chuck N3TOT, Bill N3WM,
and Steve N3SB.
 
1.	Generator Donation – the BoD approved the donation of two surplus 3 KW
generators to the WWII Re-enactors.

2.	Hamfest – Final manpower plans were made, and a few remaining details were
worked. 

3.	Site Cleanup – We have been asked to do a bit of clean up at the FTC. There
are some aluminum antennas, and tower sections lying around that need to be
gotten rid of. 

4.	The club’s Rainy Day Fund CD is up for renewal. Tony KF3AK will renew the
CD.

5.	November Meeting topic – still being negotiated. Come to the club meeting in
November and get surprised.

6.	December – Holiday Dinner, Sunday December 7, 5:00 PM at the VFW Hall.
