operations.

We need someone to run the GOTA rig.  Ideally, this station should operate
either phone and CW or phone and digital.

All rigs will operated dialed back to 5W or less.

Generator power will be available for lighting and computers.  All radios must
operate from battery power.  Batteries can NOT be on floating charge from the
generator.
