Curt:

I like the idea of using rigs such as your Norcal as much as possible, and I'd
like to see some classics like the HW-9 or Tuna Tin 2 brought out as well.

Having said that, I strongly believe that good receiver performance is a must
for the crowded band conditions on Field Day.  Rigs such as the K2 will get the
most use.  Perhaps we can uses the Altoids tin and classic rigs when band
conditions are benign and the more modern gear (K2, NC2030, etc.) when the
bands get crowded.
