Dear CCARC Members:

As the 2004 Field Day Chairman, I am both honored and happy to have the
members of the CCARC Youth Group and Boy Scout Venture Team #152 (I probably
blew it on the number).  These two groups represent the Amateur Radio
Operators of the future and quite possibly the future of the CCARC.

I ask that every member participating in this year's FD go out of their way
to assist and introduce yourselves to all of the young people and make every
effort to ensure that they have a safe, fun, and educational experience.
Keep in mind that nothing will turn a kid off faster than an adult with a
less than completely positive attitude.  Remember: the Soup Nazi vill be
vatching you!

Station Captains:  please make it a point to extend an invitation to the
kids to come and operate your stations so that they may experience a broad
sketch of the different modes, antennas, and gear.

Keith: better make sure that you lay in some extra vittles.  'Em 'ere
youg'uns'll eat like a starvin' turkey vulture at a 'possum road kill!!!!
