The minutes of the April regular meeting and the April Board of
Directors meeting were approved by a no read them vote.
The treasures report was given and is attached to the file copy.
John, AK3Z, gave a brief of the April Board meeting; the budget was the
focus of the entire meeting, income has slowed due to Hamfest decline
(this is all Hamfests not just ours), committees are being asked to
tighten their belts where the budget is concerned, there will be a photo
ID issued when they are completed, the Club Bank account will be in the
name of the newly elected officers i.e. President, N3SB and Treasurer N3WM.
Clint, W3ARS, reported that a test session will be held immediately
after the meeting.

Net Control stations for the Tuesday evening net, he would like to get

these radios have coverage of most the amateur bands. The budget was

revenue. The barn is not the responsibility of the Station committee.

modification before installation can be completed, a new removal plate

The generator trailer is in need of new tires, the tires a dry rotted
and will not hold air, Jerry, N3SOK, suggested we investigate the
possibility of getting used tires or even a dealer that would donate
tires to a non-profit organization, he also questioned whether we could
use the FTC as a field day site, after discussion it was decided that as
long as we do not use exiting facilities and antennas we can. Field day
shirts and pins can be ordered thru Bryan. Food has been taken care of
the Club picnic, organizers and chefs have volunteered. Next meeting is
to be announced on the reflector. Steve, N3SB, asked the membership the
following questions, how many can tow the generator trailer and how many
have started the generator??
