1) The flyers for our up coming events need to be
printed as soon as possible, but not later than mid
March, as some Hamfests are beginning already. A flyer
with both the Tailgate Fest and Hamfest displayed on
the front with details and a map on the reverse side
was approved, we will need approximately 8000 this
year which is the amount we ended up with last year.

PLEASE whoever prints these up do NOT list my phone
number as general contact for the hamfest! PLEASE
specify that it is for VE session contact ONLY!

Then PLEASE supply a number for someone else who WILL
be the general hamfest information contact.
