Members,

We have secured a source of "sportswear" with the club logo EMBROIDERED on
(not simply pressed on) shirts, jackets, and hats.  The Source is B&B
Embroidery, of Perry, Michigan.  If you would like to see what will be

Here's the deal.  The club will receive a 20% discount on all orders of 20
or more COMBINED ITEMS.  Once we are setup with B&B, you can also order
items individually, but unless the order is a minimum of 20 items, you will
have to pay list price.  The Board has approved the $50 one-time cost of
having B&B "digitize" the club logo to make it ready for embroidering.  The
price on each item INCLUDES THE CLUB LOGO and YOUR CALL SIGN embroidered on
the left chest of shirts and jackets and the front panel of hats (baseball
style). You can add your NAME for $2.00 more.  The club logo will be
approximately 3.25" wide by 2.5" high.  RACES, ARES, etc. logo is
approximately 3" give or take in diameter (depending on the logo).  "Full
Back" logo is available on the jackets for an additional $30.00.

In addition, B&B can embroider the logo for ARRL, MARS, ARES, RACES, or
SKYWARN either on the right side chest or on the right sleeve!  Such a deal!

newsletter, the January business meeting, or you can e-mail me at
k3ze@arrl.net.  I will send the info/form in MS-Word 2000 format.  You can
send me your completed orders via e-mail, snail mail, or at the January club
meeting.  I will continue to take orders until January 31, 2003.  After the
order comes in, I will check it, seperate the items, tag 'em and bag 'em and
distribute them at the following business meeting.  If you miss the meeting,
you will be able to pick your order up from me at my QTH.

For the sake of my sanity, let's keep this as simple as possible.
