[K3pzn-board] Tailgate fest - caterer

Hi Keith;

  All we asked of the caterer was that he provide coffee and breakfast 
by 7AM, the only criteria we specified was that we expected 2-300 
attendees if the weather was good, there was no estimate if we had bad 
weather, this year we did not reserve a rain date, will this help??
