[K3pzn-board] Tailgate fest - caterer

I will be looking into Finksburg Food Factory to see if they would be 
interested in catering our outdoor event in August.  Please advise what the 
criteria was provided to for the previous caterers to determine food 
calculations, hours of operation, etc.
