Excellent, Joe! Thanks very much. I'll also advise them that lunch should
begin to be served by 10:30. Did we select the menu, or did we leave it up
to them?.

If the club can't find anyone to do it, I'll do it (with a limited menu, of
course it will include crab soup...real crab soup). I know there is a
liability issue but I feel that I can do it with the proper help. (I
learned a lot over the past two field days.)This way the club retains the
proceedes...MORE MONEY FOR US!

Give me a budget and 3 good, reliable people! Sit back and watch the cash
roll in!

Hi Keith;

  All we asked of the caterer was that he provide coffee and breakfast by
7AM, the only criteria we specified was that we expected 2-300 attendees if
the weather was good, there was no estimate if we had bad weather, this year
we did not reserve a rain date, will this help??
