[K3CAL] January Meeting Minutes

I agree with Jim, we should sit down and discuss this at a club meeting. I also agree on using the correct terminologies. The by-laws cite: (1) Regular Board Meetings (2) Executive Session, and (3) Special Board Meeting.  I assumed that when Ed  stated in his Email an Executive Meeting" he meant Executive Session...stupid me. There is  no mention of an "Executive Meeting " in the by-laws.

Anyway I don't like the direction that we are going. Until we meet in person again this us my final comment.
