[K3CAL] January Meeting Minutes

My take on this whole thing is everyone needs to read bylaws art III section 6, 7, 8, very carefully. Also use correct terms. You can't do 7 without doing 6 first, you can do 8 but it that is open meeting. 
We all need to stop this pissing contest and get back to business. 
Maybe we need to call a special meeting and all sit down to work this out (as a club) That meeting is located elsewhere in the bylaws, can you find it?
