Sean that is great...I've been out of the VE loop for a couple of years.
Glad to see you are taking the bull by the horns and checking into the test
session.
I see you and Erick have a lot of "EXTRA" volunteers to help with the
testing.
Take more more people than you need to help out as it will be good training
for the new VE's. as well.
Great job on your behalf.

I talked with the ARRL VEC office yesterday. If we chose to have our own
test, it can be for Extra only, and we can chose to accept walk ins or
not....up to us.
I'm working it.....

How long for the session(s) to post to the Web? -
Your ARRL VEC sponsored exam session(s) will be processed and posted to the
Find an Amateur Radio License Exam Session page within 5 to 7 business days.
Increased traffic at certain times of year may lengthen the processing time.
For immediate responses or questions, please call 860-594-0300 or email the
ARRL VEC.
I think this means the test session is open to everyone for all class of
license testing.
Rich.

Seem to me in the back of my brain (and that could be a challenge) the ARRL
requires you to advertise a test session to the public. It must be
advertised in
advanced so people have an opportunity to attend. Walk ons may or may not
be tested. It’s up to the club.
However, I could be wrong as it’s been a while since I’ve tested.

Count me in.
I have a current ARRL VE credential. As far as I know, I will be available.
