[K3CAL] Extra Class VEs needed for an Extra Class testingsession

I talked with the ARRL VEC office yesterday.   If we chose to have our own test, it can be for Extra only, and we can chose to accept walk ins or not....up to us.
I'm working it.....

I think this means the test session is open to everyone for all class of license testing.

Seem to me in the back of my brain (and that could be a challenge) the ARRL
requires you to advertise a test session to the public. It must be advertised in
advanced so people have an opportunity to attend. Walk ons may or may not
be tested. It’s up to the club.
However, I could be wrong as it’s been a while since I’ve tested.
