Fabio,
Do you have a copy of the installation instructions for the monitor
unit? There may be something that needs to be done to tell the radio
that the monitor unit is there, and it might have been undone during
servicing. You also may want to open up the radio and verify that the
unit is still there and has not come loose. I'll try to remember to
look in my manuals at home and see if there's anything else I can suggest.
I've thought of ordering a monitoring unit, and wonder if, when it was
working, if you found it helpful in setting the transmit audio
processing level. Do you think it is a worthwhile accessory?
