This list does not seem to have an archive of files or
pictures but you may find some help by searching the mail archive
by thread or subject.
I found a bunch of stuff via a Google search, an example is

Might be helpful. Also don't forget to search YouTube, the google
search showed some videos there.
As with most equipment the first thing to check is the power
supply.
You need a VOM and its helpful to have a good scope (IMO the
single most powerful trouble shooting tool). A general coverage
receiver is helpful.
Mostly patience.
