[Johnson] Valiant rebuild

These Valiant do pop line fuses often due to the large inrush current when
the switch is turned on. This can be eliminated along with the blowing of
the line fuses by putting an inrush current limiter in series with the
power line cord. These are not very expensive and save wear and tear on
the power switch and a lot of fuses going away. With one of these in the
line you can lower the size of the line fuse to where it should be for
better protection. The bad thing is if you like the thud when turning on
the rig, well, it will be gone. It certainly won't hurt to fuse the center
tap of the high voltage also for more protection of the tranny.
