[Johnson] Valiant rebuild

I had to do this on my Hammarlund HX-50 due to the same issue. Seemed to 
take care of it. When I finally resolve the fuse issue as to where and 
how exactly I am going to mount it on the Valiant, I am going to do the 
same with this radio by adding a current inrush limiter. I have watched 
numerous you tube videos and always noticed that those Valiants really 
had a "kick" when turned on. I notice with this particular rig it is not 
occurring. No idea as to why this radio isnt jumping when turned on, but 
I dont mind it at all. It seems to be very quiet. For now anyway. Im 
just glad to see it seems to be running quite nicely and all I have to 
deal with are some cosmetic issues and do some minor things to improve 
protection issues.
