[Johnson] Ranger 1 with no grid current

I found the problem.
R5 (68K ohm) resistor was bad(open), replaced it and now the Ranger seems to be working fine. Using a dummy load I can hear my CW and phone signals from another radio in the same room. I have no idea how much output I have. I need to hook it up to a watt meter.

One problem I am having is that the OSC meter is peging hard to the right.
I have checked the 3 ohm SH1 resistor and it checks out at 3.5 ohms.
All of the voltages for the 6CL6 check out fine. I get negative voltage on pins 2 and 9 and the screen voltage is 99 volts.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Todd M. Nannie
