[Johnson] Ranger 1 with no grid current

I've had the following affect grid drive on my Ranger:

1. Meter switch needed cleaning.

2. R8 or R6 depending on schematic, but at any rate the V3 screen grid
resistor had migrated to about three times its nominal value.

3. R9 toast. Mounted on the bandswitch under the chassis. Accessible by
removing the bandswitch shield.

None of these resulted in a total absence of grid current, but it was
certainly reduced in some cases.

Good luck.
