[Johnson] Grid current

Johnson used a VFO-multiplier design.
A 160M fundamental is used for 160 and 80M, and a 40M fundamental is used 
for the rest of the bands.

Mechanically, the VFO circuit is switched by a "escapement" type mechanism 
driven by the Band Switch.
If 80 and 160M are not working, then it could be the VFO switch is out of 
sync or a component has failed in the 160/80M VFO circuit.
