[Johnson] Soft-start mods

It's easy - you just put one of these little pancake gadgets in series
with the primary and that nasty THUNK! is gone.

Someone gave me about half a dozen of these things.
I am not sure what they are nut they measure about 4 ohms cold.

They are black and marked as:
STM
CL-30

Where do y'all get these wonderful gadgets and what are they 
called?
