Inrush current limiters are available from Mouser, probably also
available from Newark, Digi-Key, Allied, and everywhere else under the
sun. They have different current and resistance ratings. I use
smaller ones in receivers than in transmitters. One thing to remember
is they are thermal gizmos. They have to cool off a bit to gain back
the resistance. I'm away from my notes or I'd give you more
specifics -- which ones I picked from my Ranger etc., but I'm sure you
can figure it out.
Here's is a Mouser web page for you:

Or just use their search engine from the Mouser main page and type in
CL-30
