[Johnson] Valiant/Ranger meter shunts

Mouser stocks some 0.2 ohm, 5 watt resistors that cost
39 cents each.  the stock number is 280-CR5-0.2 

They also have all sorts of wire lead (axial)
resistors in the same 0.2 ohm value for various prices
up to about $1 each ranging from 1/2 watt to 5 watts,
and up to 20 watts for not much more money.  These
range from 1% to 5% which are plenty close to use as
the meter shunt.
