[Johnson] Ranger function switch Sparks

Folks,

I got rid of my Ranger before I had serious problems from this, but noticed it
and decided that the answer was to go with the "push-to-talk" mod to solve this
problem (relay easier to clean than switch!) and make it better from an
operational standpoint in general. I believe there is a "factory" mod available
(but don't have it), so it can still be an "official" ranger, and you side step
the problem.
