That is a mistake. Maybe FT4 or FT8 will not contribute a lot but by
excluding those modes, you may exclude some operators that, for whatever
reason, only have one of those modes available to them.
I am a CW only operator and do not use the FT4 or FT8 modes but if the
operators that do use it want to go to the trouble of exchanging real-time
info that conforms to ILQP rules, you should allow it. It's part of the
hobby and anyone that enjoys the hobby should be allowed to participate. I
thought I saw an email that said something like, "even a small log is a
log".
Just my opinion... for what it's worth.
