[ILQSO] Is there a spotting page for stations?

My thoughts are now days spotting should be allowed INCLUDING self spotting.

Or at least self spotting for Phone stations.

The CW and RTTY and many digital modes are spotted with every CQ NOW!

Why should the Phone group be penalized?

I have no strong feeling about this. I know as a mobile it might be beneficial but I have no time to do it! Thoughts from the multitude???
