[ILQSO] Is there a spotting page for stations?

That’s a good question and one we have never addressed.  I know some QSO parties (MO) specifically allow self-spotting.  I think others specifically prohibit it.  I have no strong feeling about this.  I know as a mobile it might be beneficial but I have no time to do it!  Thoughts from the multitude???
