[ILQSO] Is there a spotting page for stations?

benefit for the mobile stations to be able to spot themselves (or someone
spot the mobile). Mobiles are running around the state mainly to put out
the counties, so let's help them as much as possible.
The QP is a totally different type of contest than CQWW/ARRL DX. There are
no mobiles running around putting out countries. Maybe a country-line would
be interesting in a big contest. Anyway, a majority of the QPs allow
self-spotting because the name of the game is creating activity.
The PAQP spotter site was very busy last weekend and it was a very valuable
tool. Especially when you've worked 65 of 67 counties and you're trying to
find long lost BRA and SUS, like me.
IMO, if there's not in the rules prohibiting/limiting self-spotting, then
it's allowed.... sound right?
