I was there, John, from Jo Daviess County (JODA) from about 4 p.m. local to about 6 p.m. (2100-2300).  Even got spotted right away on ch.W6RK.com.  I called CQ on 20 meters for most of the first hour (and even a few minutes on 15 meters, which netted one station), and then on 40 meters for the second hour.  No one was really coming back to my 40M CQs, so I ran search and pounce mostly that second hour and went after several Illinois counties instead.  Sorry I missed you this year, John.  [But thanks for the contact on Saturday when I activated four counties in northern Iowa as a stationary mobile station for a few hours.]

Thank you to all those stations that did come back to my CQ or heard me when I called you.
