[ILQSO] On Lake Carlyle...

I went looking and what I found in the FAQ section (
http://www.w9awe.org/ILQP%20FAQ%20Page.html ) was one cannot operate from a
structure, such as a bridge, over a river or stream (safety issues). It does
say some awards programs do not recognize operation from a "wet" county
line, it says nothing at all about operating on lake in a boat (or
otherwise). I was under the impression no "wet" county lines were allowed,
but it appears that is not correct. I know of a county line on the Sangamon
Rover where you could activate a couple of semi-rare counties, Mason and
Menard.
For ILQSO you will classified either Rover or Portable if you
operate from a county line or multi-county corner, regardless of antennas. I
am pretty sure you only qualify for Rover if you operate from more than one
location.

So, if I rented a pontoon type houseboat, and motored to the exact spot
where BOND-CLTN-FAYE met, dropped anchor, could I operate there, and be in
accordance with the rules?
Since all antenae, etc, would be completely movable, would the entry
category be Mobile or County Line Portable?
The possibility gives me an idea for a future ILQP-Xpedition. :)
