My own opinion, which is pretty unofficial, is that if you can do so without endangering life, limb or navigation, there is no problem. I'd call you a portable.....

So, if I rented a pontoon type houseboat, and motored to the exact spot where BOND-CLTN-FAYE met, dropped anchor, could I operate there, and be in accordance with the rules?
Since all antenae, etc, would be completely movable, would the entry category be Mobile or County Line Portable?
The possibility gives me an idea for a future ILQP-Xpedition. :)
