[ILQSO] Your favorite state QSO Party?

I do think that the 4-county-operation rules for ILQP make it "different" than the norm... and thus give it a little different spin on the regular qso party.
On the other hand, i'm a county hunter like Jim and if I were unable to count a contact with a county i needed for USACA, then i'd be miffed. :)
It all comes down to the question of whether ILQP exists solely to serve the purpose of the county hunters or if its another contest with different rules that make ilqp a little unique (even though some of the older "really unique" rules were removed in recent years).
Either way, i'll continue to operate ILQP because its FUN! :)

I made those comments, and I was stating my opinion.
Like it or not, may of the out-of-state participants are working towards
various awards, hence my comments.
I never demanded that the rules be changed. I only stated an opinion as an
out-of-state participant (who lost USACA credit with Jersey, IL one year
because of a tri- or quad-county line operation).
