[ILQSO] Your favorite state QSO Party?

I made those comments, and I was stating my opinion.

Like it or not, may of the out-of-state participants are working towards
various awards, hence my comments.

I never demanded that the rules be changed.  I only stated an opinion as an
out-of-state participant (who lost USACA credit with Jersey, IL one year
because of a tri- or quad-county line operation).
