[ILQSO] N9FN 4 county operation a no-go this year

Dave, I am sorry you can't be on with us this year.  I hope you make it
next year.

The date was due to the PAQP being on the 3rd Saturday and Sunday this
year and we decided that was not going to make things any better for
either operation.  We later found out from Bud, W9DY, that technically,
we still are on the correct Sunday.  This same problem had came up
before, so the ILQSO Party was scheduled for the Sunday of the third
full weekend in October to avoid the PAQSO Party..  Due to October
starting on a Sunday this year, that makes the ILQSO fall on the 4th
Sunday.  Hopefully that doesn't create more confusion than it clears up.

Things are looking like we should have chances in a couple of classes
for some new blood as winners this year.  Ralph, K9ZO (winner of fixed
station for many years), has indicated he will not be on this year and
now Roger, KF9D (mobile winner the past few years) will not be doing his
normal route.  That leaves room for some new blood to make it to the top
of the leader boards this year.

I had the ILQP in my calendar as the 3rd Sunday in October (October 15)
as
it had been listed in previous years, including the "History of the
ILQP"
page on the new website.    I just saw on the new website that it was
moved
to October 22, the 4th Sunday in October this year.   My son's High
School
fall break is October 19-22, so I'll be flying home from Montana during
the
QSO party.   Hopefully the dates will work out better next year.

Please update the planned operations map to show CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM
back
open.

Sorry if anyone planned mobile routes or other operations based on me
being
on full time/portable.
